Northern oak dog grooming is a family run business located in Selby. We aim to create a calm and stress free environment, so your dog can have the best spa day possible.
We work one on one with every dog and have experience with all different breeds. We understand grooming can be difficult for some dogs so we want to enure your dog feels safe and calm. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
We specialise in puppy desensitisation as well as giant breeds, however all dogs are welcome!

My name is Abi. I am the owner and groomer at Northern Oak Dog Grooming. I have worked in the animal and grooming industry since 2015. I started as a shop assistant and worked my way through college and university during this time to gain a degree in animal management, where i found a passion for dog grooming.
Being a dog owner myself, I understand how important your dog is to you, which is why I decided to focus on creating a calm and relaxing environment in the salon. I want your dog to have a positive experience and enjoy coming to the salon.

This is Oakley. He is a Golden Retriever crossed with a Labrador Retriever. He loves forest walks, sleeping and unsurprisingly, food!
This is Dallas. He is a Portuguese Water Dog. He is the newest member of our family and definitely keeps us on our toes. He loves playing with Oakley and training to be a show dog.
